Ursula holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University. During her undergraduate studies, she was an executive member of the DeGroote Corporate Social Initiative Association and the Organization of Latin American Students, where she promoted social responsibility and the Latin American culture.
She worked in the accounting policies and procedures, and treasury departments for a global Canadian financial institution, where she collaborated with international subsidiaries in Latin America, the Caribbean and Asia Pacific.
Ursula continues to promote cultural and social responsibility values as she pursues her JD. She is the Equity Co-Chair for the Women’s Legal Mentorship Program and is interested in Intellectual Property, Health, Immigration, and Business law.
