Dalia Rafik is a Project Officer at the American University in Cairo (AUC)’s Access to Knowledge for Development Center (A2K4D). Dalia has a MA in public policy and development projects from the Université de Sorbonne Paris-1.
Her BA was obtained from Cairo University‘s Faculty of Economics and Political Science, French Section, in economics and statistics. Dalia is primarily focused on researching the role of data in harnessing economic and human development in the Middle East and North Africa. Dalia is also a free-lance junior policy analyst at UNESCO HQ Paris’ Division for Education Policy and Lifelong Learning.
